John H. Duckworth has been pastor of First Baptist Church since 1991. Before coming to Great Falls John pastored churches in South Dakota, Kansas, Wyoming, and California. He is a graduate of the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD and Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Kansas. John has been the featured speaker on The Laymen's Hour, a radio program heard across America for Christian men.
John is married to the Rev. Patti Duckworth, Associate Executive Minister of American Baptist Churches of the USA. John and Patti are the proud parents of two adult sons, Doug and James.

Dale Crosby
is a graduate of Judson Baptist College in Portland, Oregon and Multnomah School of the Bible, also in Portland. Before coming to Great Falls Dale pastored Troutdale
Baptist Church in Troutdale, Oregon, growing it from 5 people to 75 people in regular attendance in six years. Dale is a licensed counselor with experience in leading therapy groups, and counseling individuals. Dale serves as Assistant to the Pastor for addiction counseling and financial planning.
Dale is married to Ellen Crosby. They have two grown daughters: Michelle, and Jennifer, who is married to John Hancock.

Maxine Herron comes from Peoria, Arizona where she lived for 15 years. She has been ordained as a nondenominational minister since May of 1979. Before moving to Great Falls she was the pastor of the Apollo Village Church. Maxine and Jim were married for 44 years before Jim died in 2007. She has one daughter, two grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Maxine serves as Assistant to the Pastor for visitation, grief counseling, and women's ministries.
